Giving Tree Senior Living

Incredible friendly and caring staff. There is much attention paid to the residents. They have a variety of shared spaces - lobby, activity room, sports pub, tv room, sun room.

Extremely clean and well-kept. Assisted living has significantly more activity options than memory care, even though there are individuals in memory care who would benefit/enjoy same activities. Red flag - owner has become more involved and is not reachable by phone or in person, only over aol.com email.

I'm completely satisfied with all of the services!! I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We have not come across anyone who doesn't do their job. I definitely recommend Giving Tree to anyone looking!

So grateful to have found Giving Tree. Mom is very well taken care of in memory care. She needs lots of care and it’s top notch. Food is excellent. Plus it is always spotless! Great activities and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and compassionate to all the residents. There are some very demanding families and the staff handles them beautifully. They’re so professional, kind, and patient. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I've had some pretty serious issues with them. I may have to move her but don't want to disrupt things for her. Things have improved since she's had hospice care, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Overall great experience and responsive to concerns. Place is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. Family feel over a corporate feel.

There was a manager change when we first got involved so coordinating things was a bit chaotic at first. Hopefully when the new person and settles in management will be a little smoother. There seems to be a disconnect between nursing and management. The nurses aids are very sweet, very caring.

Giving Tree is a very beautiful senior living community! Staff goes out of their way to show residents how much they truly care! The building is impeccable and always clean! The calendar of event is packed with events everyday and there is something for everyone! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

All is so good and well. Staff and residents are trustworthy & happy. The facility is well kept and spacious! We love activities such as ‘Happy Hour’. The meals are wonderful here, everything is excellent.

We have had several issues with them. The staff is not very attentive, they are lacking with communication, and there are not many activities for the residents. I am giving thought to moving my loved one, I do not believe they are getting the care that is needed. Based off of our experience, I would not recommend Giving Tree to others.

We chose Giving Tree because of the availability they had in memory care. All of the rooms are private which was a key factor in our decision as well. They are very cooperative and understanding, the staff ago out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The facility itself is beautiful and has a homey feeling. I would definitely recommend to others.

I like this community a lot for my loved one. They have activities like balloon badminton, classic large pin bowling, arts and crafts, trivia games and outings for ice cream and to get out and about.

I love what they are doing for my loved one. My loved one is in memory care and they have activities for the residents all day long. The room is always clean. The staff always keep my loved one cleaned, showered, and provide wonderful care. The staff did a great job in assisting with the transition of my loved one into the community. There is also a hair salon on site for the residents.

My mom’s needing memory care led me to asking [name removed] at a Place for Mom for help. She provided us with several potential destinations for my mom. Giving Tree was one of those destinations. To say my mom was adverse to moving would have been a serious understatement. The Giving Tree team has been nothing short of amazing working with my mom as she transitioned from her independent living apartment to her Giving Tree memory care unit studio apartment. They have her feeling welcomed, cared for and safe. In fact, in 10 days she went from saying “this place is not for me and get me out of here” to “ I love it here”. With mom happy, I’m happy. The management team is terrific. I titled my referral as “five stars find” because as far as I am concerned, they’ve earned every one of those five stars.

This community is like nothing we have ever seen, it is brand new and beautiful. Everyone there is so nice and caring, and we thought it was the best value. There aren't to many activities just because of the number of residents they have, however there is always someone there to do arts and crafts, or board games.
