It's very clean. It's fairly reasonable in price, and they cover everything. They do a very good job. They are really good at keeping the residents engaged in activities. The food is quite good. I don't think they are used to dealing with couples on the memory care side of things. It is really set up for more of an individual, one person per room. The assisted living side of things they have some larger units. It would be nice if they had some larger rooms reserved for couples, in memory care. It's new and beautiful.... Read more

I went to visit my mother and it was upsetting to hear how much the community has changed. Turn over of staff is unbelievable because the community always had such wonderful caring staff which is good to know how well my mother is taken care of. The atmosphere has changed, every time I visit the staff is always friendly and smiling but not this time. One of my visits this week I stopped by during lunch to give my mother something and it was very shocking to see the women in charge of dining service smoking or vaping as they call it. My mom said she does it all the time and many people have complained about it. Elderly people with health risks should not be around that kind of environment. It’s hard to move my mom to different community but I think that may be something I need to look into because this place is very poorly managed.

Stonebridge at Burlington was a beautiful facility. It was just too big for our loved one's needs, and the residents we spoke to said the food was poor.
This facility is so breathtakingly beautiful, I wish I was the one moving in!!!!!

November 27, 2017Oh thank you! We agree!
I was so impressed from my first step inside this facility. The people working here are very sweet and kind. The elders that are living here seem happy and busy. When the time is right we will move her here.

November 27, 2017Thank you so much for your kind words!
My parents where only at this community for about a month before they decided to put in there thirty day notice. It was absolutely a ghost town and a negative atmosphere especially during the dinning experience. They highly lack in there activity program area and coordination of them. There is actives planned throughout the week but no one has every shown up for them and when they do it is very boring. Another big complaint is the meals that they have planned for the residents. They seem to serve chicken with every main coarse and it is not quality food that they where promised. My dad has been denied second at times and during breakfast he has not been able to get any type of meat with his eggs. Overall when they had initially made the move they where promised a men's club, a wide variety of activities, and lots of gourmet meals and none of that exists. We are very disappointed with this place and would not recommend it to anyone.
