We feel in love with the two co-directors. they are genuine. It's very obvious they love their job and they love their residents. We really feel like they are family. Caring and compassionate staff. Attentive to detail, good family interaction. Very homey atmosphere. Staff attentive to detail. Facility is currently short staffed as are most today but they do well.

I would totally and completely recommend this facility to others. I thought my mom would move right into Memory Care. (Much more money) But after my mom's assessment, the Co-Directors suggested we start her in Assisted Living. (A big cost savings for us). I was so appreciative because they weren't out to get the most money from us. But sadly, my mom walked out of the building and had to be moved to Memory Care a month after her move in date. [Names removed] are amazing! They genuinely love their jobs and the residents. The full time staff/Activities Directors are fantastic. High accolades for this place!

It is very clean and plenty of activities. There is a disconnect between the staff and getting information to families. The quality of care can be a concern. My loved one is supposed to get showers 2 times a week and that wasn't happening. We have put in 2 messages asking for a call back and we haven't received one yet.

Our family had an in person tour with All American Assisted Living at Londonderry and we really liked that the community was close to home!
My father and stepmother needed additional attention. They had a condo for 20 yrs, independent living for 1 yr. The furniture they brought to assisted was new at independent except a few items from the condo. Never any issues. A month after moving to this facility, they had bed bugs. They were confined to their room, accused of bringing them to the facility. They did NOT. had people spraying, their clothes removed. Terrible 3 months. Clothes returned from laundry, didn't belong to them. had to replace clothing as theirs never surfaced. family couldn't do laundry just staff. I even had his initials on some items. all missing. The underwear returned were bikini designer name and fit a 12 yr old. Not his. The only good part was the food was better than independent. the extra charges for special needs were outrageous and they did not receive special care. Everything from assisted was moved to independent. NO bed bugs. Their room at assisted had the bugs. Not them

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was fine but they wanted our loved to do dual living and we just did not think that would work out
It's a great place for a person who needs extra nursing care and an alternative to having to go to a nursing home. They have quite of bit of intervention in that area. The staff is friendly and professional. We have had a good experience so far. They have a roommate model. Everyone has a roommate and it helps with the social aspect. Each room has two bedrooms.

They have different games and activities for the residents to keep them moving and engaged. I would say to send your loved one here. When the residents come in they take great care of them. They pay attention and they do their best.

The community was good and had its good and bad points but when I narrowed it down it was just another community that worked out for my loved one better.
Proceed with caution at this community. Shortly after arriving they moved my loved one to a different unit. The caregivers would forget to give my loved one their hearing aids. My loved one was always in other resident's clothes when we visited. It appeared the staff weren't taking care of my loved one. There were some good things about the community as well.

All American saved us. We couldn't be more happy and my dad, who was very skeptical about moving into assisted living loves it. He feels safe, well taken care of, loves the food and always has a great time with activities. We found there rates are MUCH less than MA and care is far better. We highly recommend this facility.

All American at Londonderry is absolutely wonderful! I moved my Mom from another Assisted Living facility in MA , where she had been for almost 3 years. The level of care , especially with medication management and personal assistance with things like getting dressed, is far superior to what she was getting in MA. The staff is incredible, and everyone that I have encountered is friendly, polite, and genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Also, whenever I have popped in to visit, etc., there is always an overall vibe of happiness and positive energy throughout the place. I am so glad that we moved my Mom there. It is twice the care for 1/2 of the cost of MA.

My Mom moved from a very expensive Assisted Living facility in MA to All American Assisted Living in Londonderry, NH. She is getting far superior care with her medications and nursing services, and is receiving double the personal assistance for substantially less cost. The entire staff at All American is outstanding - everyone is well trained, has a positive attitude, and provides superior service to the residents. There is a positive, happy energy whenever I go there. It is absolutely wonderful!

Nurses and LNAs very kind and helpful when available. The care for my mother was great. Management is terrible and seems to care more about numbers/business than they do about providing enough staffing for care. Disappointing as the place is beautiful but can’t seem to provide enough people to assist the amount of people they have living there.

Very nice facility. Clean. Staff was all friendly and came forward to talk to us. Even the cook. The facility has 2 levels of care and they are laid out very nice. Good security, but also a home atmosphere. I liked how they try to keep the residents doing much as they can by themselves but help if needed.

A Place for Mom has scored All American Assisted Living at Londonderry 8.6 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
