Brookdale Palestine is the BEST. They treat the patients like family. I have been at peace knowing they will take care of my sister. The staff are wonderful with the patients. I have had my sister in several facilities. AND HANDS DOWN BROOKDALE PALESTINE IS THE BEST. The food is awesome. They accommodate the patients with what they like to eat. You couldn’t ask for a better caregiver’s.A wonderful place that doesn’t have a lot of turnover.
There has been changes in management. The staff is very nice and supportive. My loved one seems, to like it there. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. The only issue, is when I was unable to get a copy of the bill. The activities seems to be okay, and my loved one often exercises.
They were very friendly and helpful with my decision making process. I wanted my mom to be in a good place. They were instrumental in helping me understand this was best for my mom and me.
