This was a very nice experience for my mother during her time at Garden Estates. Unfortunately Mom broke her hip while away from Garden Estates and couldn't rehab enough to continue to live in an Assisted living environment so she only got to live there a month.

The activities get a 5+.The staff is willing to help the patient, they are concerned about the patient and willing to provide support and will make suggestions to assist with the patient's needs. Activities are well planned and always accommodate everyone.

The Garden Estates staff and management have been top notch. They always respond to my phone calls. They are very professional and friendly and go the extra mile. They help my family member find the resources he needs in the local community. If he isn't back in his apartment when he is expected, they look for him. They have truly been amazing!! I can't say enough about everyone who works there. Such a wonderful place all around. The only reason I gave the food a 4 is because my family member is picky. And the 4 for activities...same reason. My family member isn't one for activities. He's looking for something like gambling and betting, maybe chasing women...but that can't be a realistic activity for a senior apartment home. Lol!

They have a great staff, responsive to phone calls, well connected to support services, available for questions, move in day was seamless. Just an amazing company. Even with the hiccups we've experienced with our loved one's issues, this company has been the definition of gracious. The facility is clean. The rooms are affordable and spacious. The food is good. The attitude of the workers has been very professional and kind. I highly recommend this location.

I am currently a resident at Garden Estates of Tyler and overall the experience at this facility has been good for me, so far. The cleanliness and care services are great. The staff are more than great, as are the activities. The food could definitely use some help. Garden Estates of Tyler is a good value for the money. I am very glad that I moved here.

If you want fancy this isn't your place, but the people and staff are very friendly. The staff seems very caring. I think the quality of food has declined due to increased cost of food. They are trying to keep the overall cost reasonable. Overall, I would recommend it.

Very well ran Place, I would put another relative there without hesitation. Best price I could find with all our assisted living needs. Definitely would recommend.

They seem to want to help people do well and thrive. They offer discounts to veterans. They have 2 sides to the facility, independent living and if your situation changes you can move the the assisted living side. Seems like a very good amount of service for the money.

Faculty and staff are very sweet. They have recently stopped having someone there besides nursing staff on the assigned side over nights I've not eaten it myself so, I'm going by my grandma's account. But, she says it's very bland and always cold. Personally, I think the people would rather forgo some of the parties and activities for some chafing dishes or a steam bath set up where it keeps the food warmer. BUT, also, as a takeaway, she's very picky. They raised her rent three hundred dollars a month before her first year lease was up too.

I would recommend them. It has been a very good experience so far and my mom says she is happy there. I personally think the quality of the food could be better. Staff have been friendly, but sometimes inconsistent with what they would tell my mom they could help her with.

All 5s. Garden Estates has been great. Dad's happy there - and they've taken good care of him. Garden Estates has a comfortable, family-like atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is good (my picky parent has eaten better than he has in years!) We're very pleased.

To my understanding the facility was sold and then the food went drastically down in quality. Staff in kitchen has now having a lot of turn over. The issues they have been having has caused some residents to find new facilities. Rent is also being increased. There are a couple of security issues as well.

The community has been good for mom. People and staff are very friendly, the food quality isn't up to mom's standards (lots of fried southern foods) and housecleaning could use some pointers. Otherwise it's been a good experience.

The only complaint that my mother in law has is the quality of the food. Otherwise, she says everyone is very nice. The facility is clean and a nice size. She doesn't "love it" yet, but we have our fingers crossed!

My loved one's were previously residents at Garden Estates of Tyler and everything was great for them at this facility. It was a great experience. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. We were very pleased with all aspects of their care, meals, the facility etc. Unfortunately, my loved ones decided that they wanted to return to their home. I would give Garden Estates of Tyler a five star review and wish that my loved ones would have stayed there.
