Very good place to recover and all staff members were great. We picked this community, because it was close to home, heard good things about this community and it worked for me and my family.
Staff is very knowledgeable, my room was always clean, good is good, everyone is very helpful. i would highly recommend Heritage Village.
My loved one stayed there for only a month, but he seemed to enjoy it a lot. The food was pretty good, but the activities were what made his stay so nice. The CNA and Nurse Staff the work in the ALU are nice and they seem to really care about the people they care for. He liked being able to watch movies with a Movie Club, and spend some time outside on the shaded patio to enjoy the fresh air. It doesn't smell like a nursing home, which is good, but the carpets need to be replaced. Overall, the experience was what I had expected. The rent was affordable, the activities helped pass the time, and the place was clean.
