She does a beautiful job of making the residents feel very comfortable and included. My mom is happy and that is all that matters.
I would highly recommend -Hillcrest. They do everything right, the staff is so loving and friendly and go out of their way to make the residents feel at home and part of a family. This is a very beautiful place in all ways. We picked this community, because of the location, and I always thought it was top notch. One of the best in Loveland Colorado.
