The fill in administrator did an amazing job, she came out to see my parents and just did an awesome job with them. My mom is really enjoying the activities that are provided as well as the food that is served. They have ambassadors and that has been the saving grace for my mom, [name removed] makes sure that people are being connected with and takes people under her wing. She does a beautiful job of making the residents feel very comfortable and included. My mom is happy and that is all that matters.
I would highly recommend -Hillcrest. They do everything right, the staff is so loving and friendly and go out of their way to make the residents feel at home and part of a family. This is a very beautiful place in all ways. We picked this community, because of the location, and I always thought it was top notch. One of the best in Loveland Colorado.
