She really liked her little room there and the staff and other residents. Commented constantly about how good the food was. Also mom had and emergency one night and the staff acted promptly to get her medical attention. I would recommend Brookdale Longmont to others. It was a positive experience for her and the family.

We have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the community, friendliness of the staff and the care services. When we are able to visit since we live out of state, the meals do look good and our loved one hasn't complained at all. For the care our loved one is receiving the value for cost is excellent. We don't have anything else to compare it to, but it does see fairly reasonable.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and Brookdale is a very looking community and kept very clean. We aren't really able to talk much about the staff since we only worked with the one person. However, the biggest thing for our loved one were the room sizes, they were very small and almost economy based. It felt more like living in a box.
The staff are are like a ten! They spoiled my mom with attention. The moment we walked in, my mom said that this feels like home. My mom was 96 and the staff ,from the very beginning, fell in love with her. They communication with me on a regular basis excellent. Just unbelievable communication. It is hard to express how comfortable I felt that my mom was there rather any other place. It gave up very good peace of mind. They worked to included her in everything.

My mom lived at Brookdale Longmont for nearly 9 years prior to her passing in 2020, and I can’t say enough good things about the care she received. The staff is consistently helpful and professional, and the facility itself is attractive and well-maintained. The community is small enough that it feels residential rather than institutional, but still large enough to be able to offer a full range of services, activities, and outings for the residents. I would not hesitate to recommend Brookdale Longmont to other families seeking a supportive and caring home for their loved ones. It turned out to be the perfect choice for my mom.

My mom visited several senior living communities in the area back in 2011, and ultimately chose Brookdale Longmont. I honestly think she made the best choice. This is a smaller community situated in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood. It has a single-story floorplan, so there are no elevators or stairs to navigate, and everything is within easy reach. All of the common areas are attractive and well-maintained. Outdoor areas include a well-used front patio and a pleasant outdoor courtyard in the center of the building. The staff members are skilled, caring, and dedicated, and because the community is small, all of the staff get to know all of the residents. Despite the small size, there are many activities, field trips, and special events for residents to enjoy. Sadly, my mom recently passed away after living at Brookdale for nearly 9 years, but I cannot say enough about the quality care she received there. I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone seeking a supportive and compassionate home for their loved ones.

Nice facility and location. The building is 3 stories high with courtyard in the middle. They seem to offer a lot of activities for the residents. Have a designated Respite care room on the second floor. Close to shopping if residents are able to walk there.
