My wife and I would move there in a minute - we are both old enough. The food is excellent and the overall atmosphere is great. Response from The Bridge at Longmont
June 19, 2024Thank you for your kind review! Customer satisfaction is a top priority at The Bridge at Longmont!
I really liked a couple of places in Longmont. The Bridge was the best price after all the numbers were compared. I also liked the feel of the facility and the staff. They have been very kind to my father.

Response from The Bridge at Longmont
December 22, 2023Thank you for taking time to leave feedback about your experience with us.
What our family really likes about the The Bridge community is the staff team, they are so kind and so friendly. An area we do think they could improve on is just faster and better response time for the residents as well as just more attention to detail. However based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

Response from The Bridge at Longmont
January 12, 2023Feedback is important to us as we strive to provide positive customer experiences.
They have some staffing shortages and are having trouble keeping people, to the point that they've had to cut back some services. I've thought some of the Covid rules were excessive, although I do understand. We've also had some problems with theft. A staff member was stealing money from my parents, although I think we got that solved.

The meals generally are good, but we have also heard that lately they are having a hard time keeping their kitchen staff. There seemed to be quiet a few people leaving and also because of this the activities have taken a dip. We do not think it is the communities fault, maybe it is connected to the pay level, but on top of everything going on this is a tough job for anybody. We do think the value for cost is good.

During my brief stay at The Bridge in Longmont, I was treated like a member of the family, as are all guests. I arrived in the morning and by afternoon, every staff member was calling me by my first name. At mealtime, my seating at a table for four was not random. I was placed where it was felt I would connect, and I most certainly did. Mealtimes were a wonderful experience both for the excellent food and the stimulating conversation. Meaningful activities were provided daily, often several times a day. I would recommend without reservation that The Bridge at Longmont be considered when looking for a pleasant, loving residential environment which provides excellent personal care.

It didn't have any real negative things, it just wasn't as friendly, even the people who live there aren't as friendly, they were more resistant to people coming in. It wasn't as cheerful of a place either. It was clean and if you asked a question the people were very helpful, the overall atmosphere just wasn't as friendly or cheerful.

A Place for Mom has scored The Bridge at Longmont 8.2 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
