[name removed] went out of his way to help me. He’s always kind, courteous and willing to help. When I have a package that I can’t carry…he carried it to my place. We were very pleased with Atria Longmont, they gave us an excellent tour experience. It just came down to our loved one not wanting to pay for it - it was a bit more expensive.

The staff members at Atria are very attentive and very good about being helpful for our loved one. They also do what they say and follow through with their promises. Also the apartments are very spacious and very suiting to our loved ones liking. As far as improvements the meals and dining experience could certainly use some working on. Given what our loved one says the food quality is not the best and there tends to be long service time.

The staff is very good even through the pandemic. The community is very friendly, and the administration as well. The number of COVID cases has been low. They have been testing residents and staff once a week. This speaks to them being diligent on keeping it out of the community. They've organized a clinic for the vaccines for COVID. for the residents.

Overall, it was a good move for my mom. Atria Longmont is a friendly and comfortable community . They have had a lot of staff turnover in management but it has not effected her care at all. The caregivers are great, very attentive, friendly, and patient. We chose this community because although it was higher priced them some my mom liked the homey feel of it, and it is close to our family My mom likes her apartment very much.

I would say that the family really needs to be involved and stay on top of things. The communication was terrible. The place looked like a hotel but they need to be more transparent about the services they really can provide. In fairness to the community, I was there every single day and I noticed that the residents in the assisted living were happy but they are just not suited to care for residents in memory care. After my father passed away, my mother wrote a heartfelt letter with her concerns to the administrator and we hand delivered it the the community. She never received a response back. I would never recommend the Atria Longmont to anyone.

I toured the facility and spoke with [name removed] and she was extremely helpful. The place is very clean and the residents I meant seamed happy. However I felt the layout of the place was confusing and the cost is more then we can afford at this time as well I did not care for the meal card plan.

This has been a rewarding move for my Mother-in-Law, she is comfortable in her roomy one bedroom apartment. There are many activities, she is close to shopping and doctors.

Nice place Activities and people are great We must go to assisted living building for breakfast (only meal included with indeptent living option) Would perfer other meal was option or meal card with 30 meals per month Maintaince people are quick to fix all problems I wanted a one bedroom but agreed to take a 2 bedroom to get 1st on list for next one bedroom ($1400 cheaper) Well it has been 6 months if nothing opens in Dec I plan to give my notice and move out end of December Right now I am looking at Alta Vita independent living
