So far I am satisfied with the care that my loved one is receiving. Both [name removed] and her husband [name removed] are doing a good job. I believe that their biggest problem is turnover. Care workers seem to come and go. I understand that this is a problem across the board, any place you would go. Too bad that there isn't a solution to the problem, a better training system in place, or whatever. My loved one's daughters are impressed with [name removed] and her husband, and thought the staff interacted well with the other residents. I do believe that this residence is one of the best in the area. Would recommend, but would caution them about staffing issues.
the people here at Oasis are absolutely wonderful. the caregivers are extremely sweet, caring, and nice people - I really do appreciate them. Oasis has a small, home-like setting. to me it's less sterile and more of "the comforts of home". they make sure to send updates about our loved ones care and needs via text, and if its something important they'll give us a call. we visited the other day and the food they were preparing smelled wonderful, they fix them a variety of things. I would recommend them to others.
Absolute...best care facility in this area (been to others). Wonderful kind staff helping where they can. Beautiful surrounding was not planning to stay but now having second thoughts... Can't say enough I'm very happy here.
