So far I am satisfied with the care that my loved one is receiving. Both [name removed] and her husband [name removed] are doing a good job. I believe that their biggest problem is turnover. Care workers seem to come and go. I understand that this is a problem across the board, any place you would go. Too bad that there isn't a solution to the problem, a better training system in place, or whatever. My loved one's daughters are impressed with [name removed] and her husband, and thought the staff interacted well with the other residents. I do believe that this residence is one of the best in the area. Would recommend, but would caution them about staffing issues.
We have been very pleased with our experience with Oasis of Rocklin at Heaven's Garden and the location is fabulous. All of the staff members here are friendly and the value for the money is good. The young woman who owns it is very educated and has been great with communication. My mother in law has just been placed on hospice, they have raised the prices $500 since then. I would recommend to others who are looking.
It has been our great honor to have our loved one in this wonderful care home. We are very pleased..
