Memory Care
My Mom moved into Heritage Green Assisted Living in January, 2019 and has been very satisfied there. I have been very impressed with the staff and how they care for the residents. There is always some type of activity going on that Mom can participate in to keep herself occupied. The facility is clean and the meals are excellent. Mom has actually gained weight since she has been there which is a good thing. The move into Heritage Green has been a very good experience for all of us. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for an assisted living opportunity.
We moved my father into the memory care unit a little over a year ago. They took very good care of him until he passed the Saturday after Thanksgiving. In March/April it had become clear that my Mom was not going to be able to remain at home alone, and she moved into the Assisted Living wing. Mom liked the AL and settled there, but in the fall she caught COVID for the first time, which exacerbated her dementia. At the staff's recommendation, we moved her into Memory Care. She couldn't move in with Dad because by then he was mostly uncommunicative, so she went to a different wing. She's done very well there and has settled in. The place is quite clean and the staff friendly and caring. The food is excellent, and whenever we've visited the residents are all up and dressed, clean and groomed. I would highly recommend it.
The heart of the staff at Liberty Ridge' Runk and Pratt wonderful. They are compassionate and patient. Though no senior care residence is perfect, they love the residents as they would their own family. They are also very welcoming to family. The dining director excellence and dining facility's cleanliness as well as the activities director's hard work, love and fun planning great activities are way above par. I'm very grateful for our decision to have our family at Runk & Pratt's Liberty Ridge.
