Keeping up with resident's personal hygiene is a distinct and recurring shortcoming Small personal requests for maintenance in the units don't ever get addressed, EVER Poor communication with family regarding personal needs of the tenant. Never quite sure who we should communicate to about details or questions. While my list of complaints is short, nothing is ever permanently resolved. Very frustrating and really undermines my peace of mind about my father's care

We chose this facility at the time because when we went in here they were very friendly and it seemed like it would be a good fit. The room sizes here are pretty good, he started out in a double and then moved to a private. The only reason we left was because they do not have overnight nurses and he needed that care. They were all very good to him and I would recommend to others.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. She has adjusted well to it and I'am pleased. They do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. I know she is being cared for well. They have an excellent staff here. She is pleased with the meals. Overall she is safe and good hands here. This is a community I would recommend.
