Memory Care
My parents love it there. They're in their mid-80s and have minor infirmities but they live in an independent living apartment. They moved in last fall. Dad says he lives like a king and should have moved years ago. He really loves the pool. Mom said she's glad she doesn't have to cook any more. Their friends from nearby often pop in for dinner and mom encourages them to come here to live. They both especially enjoy the live music every week, events like Vegas Night, and the new friends they meet at meals.
I love this community! It is beautiful and friendly. All the people are so friendly. The nurses and staff are so good. I am so proud that the staff kept us safe during Covid. My daughter wants to live here too.
Keeping up with resident's personal hygiene is a distinct and recurring shortcoming Small personal requests for maintenance in the units don't ever get addressed, EVER Poor communication with family regarding personal needs of the tenant. Never quite sure who we should communicate to about details or questions. While my list of complaints is short, nothing is ever permanently resolved. Very frustrating and really undermines my peace of mind about my father's care
