For the activities, dad doesn't really participate in them any more and with the value for cost it is a 5 though we have no other experience to compare with. For Dad the shared (2 resident/apartment-style living set-up made for a good transition from living on his own to assisted living memory care. He likes his privacy, gets social stimulation @ meal times, special events & w/ family and enjoys the food well enough. He likes the staff and often remarks about how clean & nicely-kept the interior & grounds are. Caregivers are kind & respectful to residents & families. There've been some Admin & Wellness (Nursing) staff changes - things are still being worked-out but seem to be going pretty well. One thing I did let Admin know in a recent review request: some kind of family orientation would've been helpful - for things like policies (after 2 years our family is still discovering things we weren't ever made aware of), care plan or status updates, etc. All things considered, though, All American has been a good experience for Dad & we'd recommend considering it for anyone seeking memory care assisted living for a loved one.... I have visited multiple assisted-living homes in Rhode Island. This one by far is the best! Liz and Amber go above and beyond. They are very caring and are great with caring for the residence. This would definitely be the place that I would want my family so I could have peace of mind and know that they are well taken care of.

I have been looking for Assisted Living for my Mother for a few weeks. After touring about 5 or 6 other communities in the area, All American has impressed us the most! From the initial walk in at the front desk, to meeting with our point person for a tour, to the parting gift. On the tour we we're able to see all their amenities, rooms, and they constantly have activities going on there. I would recommend All American to anyone who is looking for a home for a loved one, we are looking forward to taking the next steps.

Keeping up with resident's personal hygiene is a distinct and recurring shortcoming Small personal requests for maintenance in the units don't ever get addressed, EVER Poor communication with family regarding personal needs of the tenant. Never quite sure who we should communicate to about details or questions. While my list of complaints is short, nothing is ever permanently resolved. Very frustrating and really undermines my peace of mind about my father's care

If a shared living space is something one would consider, All American is certainly cost effective option. It's a wonderful facility, bright, clean, and friendly. The tour guide was pleasant and very helpful to work with.
I toured this facility and it went good!
The facility is nice and the staff is wonderful. The food quality is the biggest issue. My mom has been there 7 months and they are on the 3rd cook. I would say if you are looking into this facility and your loved ones have specific dietary needs, they should look deeper into it.

One thing we really love about this community is the layout of the apartments - they have two distinct bedrooms with a shared bathroom and living room in each apartment and then a big open common area. The residents are all very well attended to. Every time we come to visit there is always a group of residents doing activities on some level. We really like the frequency of the activities as well as the variety. They also take the residents out on day trips - now they can't take all the residents at once but our loved one has gone a few times and has really enjoyed himself. We always see a very active cleaning presence. Based on our experience so far with All American we would recommend them to other families, it has been a good place for our loved one.

We do understand a lot of community are having staffing issues, but this one seem to be better than most. They definitely have many activities and they try their best - for assisted they rate high. The value for the money is very good. We do really like the staff and so does our loved one. Sometimes it is also hard to keep everyone's clothes straight.

All American is great! If you have someone who needs memory care, it is an awesome unit. The director is fabulous. She immediately responds to questions and phone calls. She contacts me if my loved one needs something. She's amazing, and all the staff there is really friendly. The care has been great - I have no complaints. They have tons of activities to keep the residents busy. They really do a fabulous job. My loved one went from being very quiet and withdrawn to fully interacting and participating. She's smiling again and loves the community, and I love seeing that.

Right when you walk in from the front desk, to the maintenance crew and all the day to day staff working with the residents everybody is great. The staff members have just been so fantastic. It is a beautiful community that is really well laid out. We are very impressed with how much they are able to accommodated our loved ones needs since at times they can be a little difficult. Our loved one says the meals and dining service is great and so do the other residents. They have great activities, our loved one enjoys when they are able t go out for lunch. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on our experience

All American was great with the experience we had with them but unfortunately our situation just did not give us the chance to officially move in. The women in charge [name removed] was so lovely and wonderful to work with, she was very patient with us and really tried to make our situation work. We did like how the posted on the net every single day about different activities and events going on. The residents also get the chance to go out on different outings with the bus service, and they have participate in different wellness exercise classes.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour it was our second choice, but the apartment did not have any pretty views to look at like another facility we had toured. Also the two bedroom apartment, was just two bedrooms and a very small living area, it could feel claustrophobic
Our family had an in person tour and our loved one did not really care for the shared suites living situation
We chose All American because we were super impressed with the facility itself, the way it looked, the cleanliness, the food, and the staff seemed wonderful. I think they could improve on their communication with the family members.

Our family was able to tour this community in person, however due to the covid restrictions we were not allowed inside but we could only be outside. We were able to look through the windows and everyone we encountered was friendly.
We have had a mostly positive experience with All American. At times I think they are a little bit short staffed, so my mother has to wait a little longer for things she needs help with. The staff is really caring and they go out of their way for their residents. My dad passed away a year ago here, we needed hospice and we had them come in and they allowed me to come in and live with him for 6 months. They did not charge me either, it was exceptional. COVID has had an impact on the activities here, but we are able to go for in person visits now out of the patio. In general, we are very pleased.

We chose All American Assisted Living because of the price, the location, and I had a friend whose mother was here and they had a good experience. It was also brand new construction so it was very nice inside. The room sizes are adequate for my mother. I have eaten here and there is a nice variety on the menu and it is usually very good. I would absolutely recommend this community.

All American is an awesome place, small cozy, not overwhelming. They have just enough activities and outings. The best part was my mom’s roommate. My mom made a good friend and they helped each other. The price is reasonable. It was clean and did not smell. The food was great. We had Holidays there with mom in their private dining room because our family is big. We loved it and highly recommend it to everyone. They have had no Covid cases there. My mom passed away but I still keep in touch with the nice friends I made there.

The staff are very warm, friendly , and they show that they really do care about the residents. The food is good. They are several menu options and it feels like a restaurant. The residents are all nice and get along well. We chose this community because my friend's mom lives there and they have had good experiences, it is new construction, the building is bright and happy, and the location is close to our family I know my mother is in good hands.
