This was an excellent place for my loved one. My loved one was not able to stay long due to having to go to back to the hospital. We had a limited experience but why he was there he liked the community. The staff were very caring and took care of all needs.
They have lots of staff turnover. When a patient leaves for hospitalization it is very hard to be re-admitted. They need to better accommodate wheelchair patients in activities. As to food, they show videos and movies during meals given in the upstairs dining room which is very noisy and distracting.
Our experience with the Groves and staff has been very good . Friendly and attentive to our needs and our frustrations . My brother in law was challenging for all of us when he first arrived and they assured us they would help him adjust and they did . The team at The Grove have worked very hard to make our experience a good one and it has been . We appreciate your assistance and recommendation. It was a stressful time and decisions are tough .
