The building and staff need some attention. Hopefully they will be able to make some changes. I toured the community because it was the only assisted living facility that had openings. I will continue to stay to on the list at the neighborhood.

They are very patient. They seem to have a good grasp of my mom's capabilities and shortfalls at this time in her life. It has been a good place for my mom.

Don’t waste your money! [name removed]moved my brother in and than pretty much said he was out of their care within a month. They took about [removed] off of us. She has no clue what she is doing. She is evil. I don’t recommend putting an animal in the family, and definitely not a human loved one. I never leave bad reviews but this place is horrible and should be considered a scam.

This place has went down hill in such a short time span. I visited about 6 months ago, everything seemed great, the food was good, the people were nice. I planned on signing this week and let me tell you, big change of plans for me! The residents looked miserable! What in the world changed so dramatic that this place went to a dump that quick!

I was so impressed with my tour at the Highlands. We are more than excited to move our family member in ASAP. I could not brag enough on the customer service. Every question was answered. It was such a relief to finally find a place with care that would feel like home. We are more than thankful.

I had the best tour at the Highlands with [name removed]. She fed me and my family lunch and answered all questions. This is a beautiful building with the sweetest people staffed. I plan to proceed in moving forward with my grandmother moving into the Highlands.

Our experience was fine, but like most businesses, staffing is an issue. Not as bad as some facilities, but an occasional an issue. Research showed it to be a nice community, and most importantly, they had an opening.

I’m waiting for my home to sell to move into Highland's Square. I have went several times to see what rooms are available. I am so excited to make Highlands my home. My doggie loves the Highlands too. He is just as excited as me.

I am amazed at how often the residents go out and about into the community at the highlands. They are taking trips shopping, to the movies, visiting different restaurants, etc. I am so thankful they keep my mom busy and going. There’s always an activity going on when I’m there and I love it!

I visited Highlands Square this week and was amazed at the facility. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive to all the needs of their residents. Cree greeted me at the front desk and was so helpful. I can’t wait to visit again.

My loved one is currently a resident at Highlands Place and everything about his experience at this facility has been good so far. The facility is clean. The staff are nice and they are competent. The meals are good. They have activities available for the residents. Communication with the family is good, the facility maintains contact. I would recommend Highlands Place to family and friends.
