The week day staff is compassionate and well trained and employed by Oakwood. The weekend staff is hired from an agency and the care and compassion is lacking. They are working on fixing this but claim there are not enough people interested in this type of work.
We appreciate everything the resident manager does - new exercise room - more lights in basement. We are treated like a family!
I'am satisfied with my mothers move to this community. Everything is working out very well. They have been very helpful with everything. She is doing well, and we are pleased with all they have done for our family. This is a nice community.
