Park Glen Apartments

Just to clarify its my Mother in law living there, but she seems to really like it and is very happy with her apartment and the people she's met.

If friendship is paramount to your contentment, Park Glen is a place where you can cultivate and nurture these traits. Park Glen is a place where you will find your peers in quantity. The open door of the office manager is an invitation to ask questions regarding your needs or questions about your apartment facilities. As you find your way around your will often encounter our efficient and friendly maintenance man who will greet you with a smile. There are cards, Bingo, book club and various other activities for you to join, enjoy and make new friends. When joy accompanies our conversations with laughter among friends, a safe and peaceful place is created where we feel loved and valued.

Who would think that a 98 year old woman would want to move to an apt building. Early in November 2018 my daughter and I came to Park Glen to see the 2 apartments that were available but neither was what we wanted. Then [name removed] showed us an apt that had just become vacant. It was the one! The move was made that December. When I close the door to the hall, it's like I'm in my "all-on-one-floor" house complete with washer and dryer. I love this place! The common areas are nicely decorated and always clean or being cleaned.

[name removed] has been supportive of all of us, and has interesting activities for us. The grounds are very large and spacious. Well kept up. Every apartment has a nice view, with trees and lawn. We have potlucks, and other food-related activities. The only draw back is that i have put on weight here, but that's my own fault!

This is a great place to live and I do like it here in this community. They have activities like cards, pot lucks, group activities like tea time to meet other residents, and bingo and more for the residents to do.

I am so glad I chose to rent at Park Glen Commons. From the first time I looked at an apartment, signed a lease, moved in, to now, I have felt stress free, relaxed and comfortable knowing everything will be handled swiftly and professionally. I noticed, shortly after moving in, the great communication between [names removed] along with both their organizational skills and quality of work which is what keeps it all running smoothly. one of the first things I noticed was how friendly and welcoming [names removed] are when any renters come to the office with their problems or they just pop in to say “Hi”. For me personally, they have always answered any of my questions properly and with a smile. I love all the activities and services that are available here in especially how clean and well maintained the apartment complex is. I also want to say thank you to [names removed] in the Oakbrook Corporation for their swift action on the coronavirus issue. It made me feel secure that all of you are working and continue to lookout for our health and safety.

I have been at Park Glen Commons for four years now, and each year has been a totally comfortable experience. I most appreciate the responsiveness of the Manager, [name removed] and Maintenance Engineer, [name removed], to all my needs that have arisen over time -- each was handled promptly, hassle-free and to my total satisfaction. It's also a pleasure to see the cohesiveness between the manager and engineer. This has proven to be a tremendous and unique feeling of security, especially when those emergency "uh-oh" events occur! I had several choices of apt. complexes in Madison after selling my condo -- each year here increasingly reinforces my conviction that I made the right selection by moving to Park Glen. My sincere thanks to [name removed] and [name removed] -- they comprise a good team and have kept the building in top condition for all of us enjoy.

This was a really nice community and my second choice if a vacancy had been available. The location was good and the building itself was very nice. The apartment I was shown was very nice and clean with good natural light. The manager [Removed] was very friendly and professional.

This community looked clean during our tour. The person that conducted the tour was nice. They did offer a variety of amenities. We were not able to choose this community as it did not fit within our budget.

This is a nice place with great amenities. The prices here are very reasonable compared to other places. The staff is helpful and friendly. The people that live here are also friendly and seem to be happy here.

Great place/price plenty of closets. Manager Lola was great. Hope I can get one here. This is my first choice.
