The Glenwood Assisted Living of Effingham

There was a full staff when I came. Soon the "newest" staff began showing a well oiled "machined," But shortly after... We lost and contacted people in the community, lost staff, residents coming in, directors coming and leaving. The quality of directors, food services, resident assistants, housekeeping, maintenance etc. It has been noted that the newest director is involved in community and seeking more resident and getting them. Each day we've got more residents and more activity.

Brookstone Of Mattoon North

Our experience with Brookstone in Mattoon has been very good thus far but I’m cautious bc my experience with Brookstone in Tuscola was not the best. So we’ll see. But my husband’s sister chose this one bc of the patio so here we are. She’s only been here about 2 months so time will tell.
