There was a full staff when I came. Soon the "newest" staff began showing a well oiled "machined," But shortly after... We lost and contacted people in the community, lost staff, residents coming in, directors coming and leaving. The quality of directors, food services, resident assistants, housekeeping, maintenance etc. It has been noted that the newest director is involved in community and seeking more resident and getting them. Each day we've got more residents and more activity.

The staff was friendly and helpful with the move in process. Mom received a very warm welcome the minute she walked in the front door, which helped her to feel comfortable in her new surroundings from the get go. The entire staff has been very accommodating and pleasant. Everyone smiles.

Aspen Creek of Sullivan

My dad lives here and we are beyond happy!! We loved him from another facility to Aspen Creek of Sullivan because of some care issues. From the moment we walked in the door to tour we knew this was the right fit. It’s perfect all the way around. This is a home, and is super nice and comfortable. But even better is the care they give my dad. He loves all of the staff and they truly love him. If something is going on carewise, they call us and talk through it. They don’t just decide without us. THANKFUL, GRATEFUL and RELIEVED are just a few words to describe how we feel about Aspen Creek
