My mother lived at CCT for 3 years. The staff became her second family. It is clean, the staff, from the housekeepers to the management, are all ready to pitch in for any resident need. I would recommend this facility highly

I would recommend (and have) Carriage Crossing in Taylorville to all. They took very good care of my husband while I was recuperating from open heart surgery. The staff was exceptional. Friendly yet professional always.

At one time I think you had the yard treated but now the lawn is full of weeds. The main entry way outside is full of sticks. This did not just happen overnight its been weeks.

It's a bright building. They sometimes need more help but overall staff is very caring.

Our experience at Carriage Crossing has been positive. The staff is welcoming and caring. I feel my mother is safe there. Any issues have been addressed and resolved. Meals are adequate but could improve. My mother chooses not to participate in most activities and her wishes are honored.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful the residence all seemed to be well taken care of and happy. I would hardly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one.

I’ve been in their building several times and I’m always so impressed at how clean the community is. The residents seem very happy and entertained. It’s great to know there is a place like Carriage Crossing Taylorville to care for loved ones suffering from dementia.

All the employees work together and make a great team. They treat the residents very well as if they were family. I have witnessed them consoling them and even telling them they love them. They have a lot of fun activities. My father in law lives there and loves it.

When the facility that my mom had called home for over 10 years asked that she leave due to her wandering, I was quite disappointed. But after the move to the Taylorville Carriage Crossing, it did not take long to realize she was in a much better place for her! They were very welcoming and helpful on move-in day. Her room looks homey. Hygiene and shower issues are much improved as she receives the help that she needs. Her nutrition is improved as well-she has gained some needed weight as, again, she gets the assistance she sometimes needs with eating. Her room and clothes are clean. She is encouraged to participate in activities as she is able. Overall, our family is very pleased with her care this past 6 months!

Carriage Crossing at Taylorville took excellent care of my mother while she was there. I never had to worry about her safety and well-being. They have a beautiful facility caring workers. My moms time there was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this memory care facility for your loved ones.

The staff here is very caring and attentive to their residents. It always smells clean and fresh and the housekeeping staff are so sweet. The food is good and there is always an alternative to the planned meal.

This has been a good experience. The staff is outstanding. Everyone seems to really enjoy being there and it shows. It's a definite YES! It's difficult to accept your loved one can no longer manage on their own. In our case we knew this would be a short term situation while I recovered from surgery. I checked out several places and I don't think I could've made a better choice.

the staff became family and the managers are always on the floor and available for interaction. The cost is a bit more than regular ALF but they are specialized in memory care and it is totally worth the extra.
