The staff is very friendly and helpful. And I enjoy how quiet it is. But the The food is OK, but nothing special. And activities are geared towards very elderly people.
I would definitely recommend them. The staff is amazing. They are attentive and friendly. The move was easy. They answer any questions you have about your family member.
I think there were some initial communication steps we had to get worked out. Some things didn't get done initially. And I think they have some short-staffing issues, especially on weekends,. But I think they're trying, and they're being responsive to my concerns. It's just something you have to pay attention to as the resident or families of residents.
