My experience here was very pleasurable. The staff were extremely kind and helped me to recover very well. I would come back in a second if needed and now consider these people my second family. Thank yall very much!
Naturally there is a staffing shortage but the staff members are trying their best and the staff we have met are very friendly. Our loved one is very happy there, the value is worth it because she is getting all the attention and care she needs. It has been excellent. The meals are not the best, that could use a little help sometimes there isn't a chef and the service is a little slow. However the activities are great, our loved one is really enjoying everything they have to offer.
The entire team at Brookdale South Charlotte is wonderful. The care they provided was top-notch. The management team is especially focused on giving every resident the personalized attention they deserve.
