I recommend Cantata because they have a robust rehab gym staffed with professionals in physical therapy, occupational therapy, balance, speech/memory therapy. It is located on a quiet tree lined landscaped campus with onsite Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Independent Living. The staff communicates very well with the resident and the family. Price is fair market/moderate.
Based on our experience I would recommend. So far everything has been very good no problems and everyone has been great and easy to work with.
I would definitely recommend Silver Glen Senior Living to others. The facility itself is great, the rooms are really nice, and everyone seems so nice and welcoming. Another great thing they have is they work with a company that provides Physical therapy, Speech and OT on the premises.. so we've been taking advantage of that with my mom. So convenient to have that in-house and not have to drive to appointments!

Nursing homes, also called skilled nursing facilities, provide long-term care for seniors with significant physical or mental health conditions, and short-term care to people recovering from an injury or hospital stay. Nursing homes provide personal assistance and medical care from licensed professionals. Services in skilled nursing facilities often include:
A nursing home offers room and board to at least two seniors who have no personal ties to the administrator. A nursing home community provides its occupants with 24-hour care administered by registered nurses. These nurses provide healthcare services for seniors who are unable to adequately take care of themselves due to the effects of aging.
This type of community is a convenient and comfortable living choice for individuals 65 years and above, however nursing homes will usually take in individuals 55 and above which is unusual for other senior care types. Many residents of nursing homes may have behavioral problems. These can consist of resisting care, verbal outbursts, or a tendency to wander. Some services come at an extra cost which can include personal reading materials, flowers and plants, and a private room, unless medically needed. As a resident of a nursing home, you can expect the right to be free from discrimination, have your representative notified about your care, form or participate in resident groups, and get information on services and fees. Examples of amenities and services provided at nursing homes can include wound care for pressure sores or a surgical wound, 24-hour emergency care, room and board, and personal care (including dressing, bathing, and toilet assistance). Nursing homes are required to provide dietary services, medically-related social services, emergency dental services, and room and bed maintenance services to residents.
