We admitted my sister to this facility under the assumption they were competent and honest healthcare givers. She ended up in the hospital 4 times due to incompetence, this last time they said she fell... Debatable...had to have screws etc put in her hip and thigh. Picked up my sister,s clothes etc., 3/4 of her clothes are missing. Two weeks ago we bought over $200.00 of summer clothes..NOTHING THERE !! How pathetic is it when staff steals from people who have nothing and depend on them for care? I even have an inventory with copies in her file..they don't know where her belongings went. HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE! Disgusted sister and family

Initially everyone was very receptive, but after a while of being there things changed. Some of the people didn't show any motivation. Only after I had moved my loved one did we find out others had similar issues and some were even taking legal action. It's not a five star hotel, it's not the most beautiful setting, but in the end the care matched the appearance, in that neither were very good. Some of the staff were very nice, and seemed to be there because they care about their job, others seem to be there just for the paycheck, and get them up and to breakfast and then just leave them in the hall all day. Dealing with them on a managerial level, I felt there was a lack of professionalism. Even giving them some leeway for a seemingly long string of employee illness it still took me calling every month for over a year to finally get the bill worked out properly.

Excellent Facilities, Staff and service there is not enough space here to say all I could say but do note this place really cares!!!!

Clean facility. Took over 1/2 hour to get to with very heavy traffic. Was not a good match for us.
