My stay has been great so far. Like all of us, they have room for improvement especially when it comes to the amount of time it can take them to get to my call light. My therapy services are fine. I have had a couple of outstanding nurses. They really care and you can tell their care is from the heart, it just flows.... Read more

It is better here than other places. The nursing could be better. My loved one's room is fine but he does not like the food.

The nursing care has been good at BRIA. I would say my only complaint is that at times I do not get my phone calls returned. When I am there in person there is not an issue speaking with them, they are usually available. However, the phone has been more of a challenge.

Our stay has been good. I see a big difference between day and night time staff. I would like the night staff to do better but it is good overall. The therapy is wonderful.

After I toured this facility, there is no way that I would put my love one here. I can accept their rehab which is short term, but there is just no way. They are very unorganized, its stinky, and dirty. The food is grotesque also, just not good at all. Just terrible.
