[name removed] was awesome she helped my dad get his medicaid and Va aid and attendance she was so helpful what a resource she is and they are the best choice for our family. Dad is so happy and loves his roommate and his new friends.
It's very clean and the staff is friendly. The pricing is about average. There have been complaints about food. Quality and Variety could be improved. Overall they are doing a pretty good job.
I would give Brookdale Ormond Beach more than a 5 if I could, we had an absolutely amazing experience with them. I found the staff were extremely loving and caring to me as well as my mother in her final days here. They brought me a bed so I could stay in her room, food, drinks, etc. I am so happy that I chose them from the beginning, it is an amazing place and it smells great which was a big deal to me. I would absolutely recommend them to other families.
