This is a nice well run place.

My mother is currently a resident at Brookdale Ormond Beach and most everything at this facility has been great so far. The care services, activities and value for cost are great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always available. Both the facility and the resident's rooms are kept very clean. The meals are good and nutritional. I would highly recommend Brookdale Ormond Beach to others. My mother liked it immediately!

I had the pleasure to do a grief support group with residents that live at Brookdale Ormond Beach East. The residents spoke so highly how happy they are living there. Not one complaint just happiness even when they lost most of their independence. It was the perfect place for them!! I work with several communities and have never had the positivity they shared with me. I would recommend Brookdale East to family and friends needing a place. The staff is also amazing!!

During my visit I was introduced to several staff people. They were all engaging and seemed to enjoy working there. I was also able to meet two managers, including the administrator. The building is pretty big and there seems to be lots of place and niches for meeting areas and activities.

This was a very nice place, the sales person was very helpful, she really listened and genuinely cared about our situation. We are not ready to make the move yet but this is our top choice. We were able to talk with some residents and they really love living here.

I have been attending events at, and getting to know, Brookdale this year, and I love them! [Name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]do a wonderful job, and they keep the love and attention going. Do yourself a favor and get to know them!

I would give Brookdale Ormond Beach more than a 5 if I could, we had an absolutely amazing experience with them. I found the staff were extremely loving and caring to me as well as my mother in her final days here. They brought me a bed so I could stay in her room, food, drinks, etc. I am so happy that I chose them from the beginning, it is an amazing place and it smells great which was a big deal to me. I would absolutely recommend them to other families.

The friendliness of the staff members and their care services get 10 stars, and our loved one is very pleased with the meals and dining service. Even though our loved one does not take advantage of the activities, they have plenty to offer the residents

We are so happy with the community. They have my loved one doing activities, make sure they get to meals on time. They are friendly to the residents and families. Activities are available such as bingo, chair exercises, and music plus more.

Very nice place, one of my favorites. However I did not see any outdoor space except out front at the entrance. Very clean. A very active/engaged community. I like that they encourage clients to create groups for their preferred activity rather than just participate in a standard set of crafts-

This community has a family dinner every month. My aunt is becoming more active and has made friends. This is an active community and the residents I have spoken to seem to like it. This community is smaller than other communities and has a great atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained. I would recommend this community.

This community is working out well for my mother. We are comfortable with her move to this facility. They have a great staff, and they have been great to work with. The staff is taking great care of her. They do a great job with the cleanliness, everything looks great when I visit. The experience is going well for us in this community, and I would recommend it.

This was not a good experience for us with this community, My father was here for a short period of time. I was very disappointed with the care he received. I had a care giver living with him, and they would inform me about the lack of care he was receiving. There is more residents than staff members. The bill we received has many add on, and hidden chargers I had no idea about. I was disappointed with our experiences at this community.

We have been incredibly impressed with the staff and entire community experience at Brookdale Ormond Beach. The facility is spotless, food is great and everyone from the executive director to the nursing assistants seem to like each other and, more importantly, the folks who live there. Even when we've had minor concerns they have been addressed immediately and thoroughly. It's a great place for my dad, even though he's still getting used to the idea. He's safe, he's well cared for and we're very grateful.

We liked our tour of this community. It seemed clean and the staff we met were nice. They did offer some activities. This community was a little more expensive than we were looking for.

My father has only been there for a week and my mother has just moved in, but the facility and the services seem quite good. This location was running a 25% lifetime discount on the room and 75% off of the move-in fee, so it's making the cost a little more palatable. Assisted living is quite expensive, but my feeling is that they are receiving good care here.
