We all love the staff. The food is good, serving 3 square meals a day, Every Day. I would most definitely recommend this facility to others.
Victory Terrace Senior Apartments have been a wonderful experience so far for my mom. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful community with well-kept landscaping in a breathtaking neighborhood. My mom is an active 84 and this lifestyle suits her well. She still enjoys making her own meals. There is an abundance of activities that my mom enjoys participating in, giving her the opportunity to socialize and make new friends. She loves Movie Night every Saturday night, she enjoys getting her hair done weekly, and she takes advantage of the three exercise classes offered per week, all of which are tailored to seniors. They have a visiting podiatrist, a therapy room and a library for the residents to utilize. My mom still has her own car, but they also offer transportation for the residents to go shopping and other outside excursions. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.
The community really helped my loved one improve his mobility and he was himself again. The community was clean and neat and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this community to others.

Many seniors may be able to live without assistance, but cost of owning a home might be a deterrent to enjoying an otherwise independent lifestyle. Independent Living Communities provide a good solution. Basic chores such as meal planning and housekeeping are handled by staff and a calendar of recreational and social activities is maintained, allowing residents the autonomy to use their time as they choose, free from daily obligations. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and backgrounds. Typically comprised of a private living area and a full kitchen, these communities offer homes with many of the amenities of apartment life but with none of the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and there will be more time to spend with them with the basic maintenance of daily chores out of the way. While policies differ between locations, numerous residences allow pets as well. Nursing and health care services can always be arranged for with independent care providers as desired. There are an assortment of costs and advantages to keep in mind while determining an independent living community. It is important to learn if these amenities are included in the care plan: laundry, wellness program, housekeeping, meals, move-in fee, parking, private phone, and transportation. The conveniences associated with independent living include community activities, game/TV room, golf course, transportation, beauty salon & barber shop, restaurant-style dining hall, concierge services, and fitness center & swimming pool.
