Everyone was so kind. We never had a single negative or iffy interaction with any staff, ever. Options were great, dining room was great, table service could sometimes take a little while , understandably, but since my aunt chose to sit alone, it felt long to her. Many activity options available. Unfortunately our family member didn't take advantage of them. They had lots of different offerings and invited the wider community to things also. While we haven't had to find care for other family members, we were very pleased with the value.... Read more

June 20, 2024Hello! Thank you SO MUCH for such a wonderful review. Our residents are our family and they deserve the absolute best. We'd love to know how we can help your aunt feel more comfortable and engaged, so please reach out to us! Thank you so much for sharing! - Tribute at the Glen
Staff is always respectful, cheerful, and good natured. Food is acceptable nutritious, if a bit institutional; certainly not high cuisine, but sufficient. Again, satisfied, but somewhat horrified at the monthly cost, and the care we picked was the most affordable in terms of cost-care comparison. It is certainly more affordable than in-home care, which is astronomical in terms of cost. If my mom was not well provided for by my dad, we'd be in a very bad way very quickly for care.

May 23, 2024Hello Joe! We're so glad your mom is happy here. Give us a call about the price - there may be some resources we can offer to help. Thank you so much for sharing your experience! Please let us know if we can do anything more to help! - Tribute at the Glen
My Mom passed away last [date removed]. The Tribute at the Glen was amazing to my Mom. The reason we gave the overall a cleanliness a 4 is because at times the carpet/chairs had a constant smell, but it was in memory care and accidents happen. However we would absolutely recommend Tribute at The Glen community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

May 10, 2024Hello! Let us express our condolences. We are here for you and if we can do anything to help you and your family during this difficult time, please let us know. We appreciate you sharing your experience! - Tribute at the Glen
A dear friend of ours recently moved to Tribute at The Glen. This facility is really lovely, and her apartment is delightful. Mr. [name removed], the Executive Director and Michelle, the community Relations Director made our friend and even all of us incredibly welcome and seem to be constantly available to answer questions and provide any assistance that we or our friend might need. All of the staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. We recently held a birthday party for our friend in the lovely Rippon Lounge, and the staff made every amenity available to us and helped in every way possible. Tribute at The Glen is a lovely facility with a wonderful, caring staff who provide excellent personal care for all of the residents. We can't say enough good things about the facility and its staff.

April 5, 2024Hello John! Than you so much for sharing your experience! We are thrilled to get to know you and your dear friend. Their birthday party was so much fun and seeing everyone smiling, laughing, and just happy to be together made our month. Thank you so much! - Tribute at The Glen
While I find them friendly; I've had to ask for information repeatedly and to date not received some. Stopped asking. Staff on Memory care floor friendly and responsive to requests. My mom really doesn't like the food; but has hard time communicating. Not involved in any activities at all. Thats not their fault though. I am moving her to another Tribute Facility closer to me so hopefully it will be better for her

March 8, 2024Hello! We're sorry we didn't meet you or your mother's expectations. Thank you for giving us an opportunity, though, and we hope that your mother is happier than the community closer to you! - Tribute at the Glen
My wife has been in the facility since the second of November. She quickly adapted to her new home and is happy there. We visit almost daily and have found the staff to be very professional and concerned about providing my wife the best care they can. The managers are willing to meet with us and listen to our suggestions concerning how they can make my wifes more meaningful and enjoyable. I believe that my wife is in the best place. She dailey experiences a lot of social interaction with both the other residents and caregiver staff.

January 31, 2024Hello! Thank you so much for the recommendation! If we can do anything more, please let us know! - Tribute at the Glen
Our family had an in person tour with Tribute at The Glen, and we really liked the this community and we thought they did a great tour experience
We toured Tribute at The Glen during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. The tour and the facility were mostly good. However, we did notice the smell of urine in certain areas. Also, the facility was too big for us personally, as we felt that our loved one would not feel at home in such a large facility.
The community is very new and modern. Mom enjoys the building nor being too large, as well as the amenities and activities that are available There are outings and ever changing activities occurring on the property. The food quality was top notch when mom moved in back in November 2022. The chef left shortly thereafter and the food quality has declined significantly since. I would recommend Tribute at The Glen...to anyone other than a foodie like my mom.

I would tell others looking into Tribute at The Glen that the staff are very transparent and helpful. It is a lovely facility and not over priced. My loved one is on the memory care side and she has a private room, I believe they are all private rooms. I would recommend Tribute at The Glen, the director is very involved with everything and will do whatever is needed to make things right.

I can’t say enough glowing things about Tribute. My dad moved here in [date removed] and they have taken such good care of him. His experience in the memory care unit at Tribute over the last two months was just phenomenal. He received top-notch, loving care from every person there. My mom did too. She came to see him as much as she could and the staff and admins not only knew her, they went out of their way to make sure she was happy with the care my father was receiving and they provided a compassionate listening ear whenever she needed to process her feelings. My dad died on Tuesday and I can’t think of a more loving environment for him to have died in. Less than 12 hours after he died, a big bouquet of flowers from Tribute were delivered to my mom’s house. If you can’t keep your loved one at home, you really can’t ask for a better place to have them spend their remaining time. The elderly are treated with dignity and respect here. They are well loved and taken care of.

They do a great job at caring for my father as his illness is progressing (something I was having great difficulty doing by myself before his placement). It makes me feel better knowing he is safe and secure at all times.

This is a nice community if your medical needs are not too in-depth. The staff were good to work with if the family ever had questions or concerns about our loved one. They took the time to speak with us and answered our questions in a timely manner. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices for the residents to choose from. Some of the activities available include: crafts, cooking, flower arrangements, movies, and more for the residents to participate in.

The personnel there care. They care and treat my mom they way I want her treated with dignity and compassion. I would like to see and improvement in communication with the doctors that work with the facility with the residents family. (Example physician, psychiatrist)

Stopped by this community a few times to help with an event and they always seem to know how to have so much fun. Real fun. Music, laughing, making some good memories with some good people.
Overall we have been very happy with Tribute at The Glen. [name removed] who runs the place is wonderful and just top notch. He is very willing to get things done and has even given is his personal phone number in case if we have any questions we can reach out to him directly - we are very impressed with that. It also is a much better value for the care provided then what other communities we toured offered. The community is newer and is professional.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience. The staff members were super nice, very nice place and clean and had great amenities. However it was just to expensive for us.
We toured Tribute at The Glen after we had already seen an amazing community. The rooms here were darker, not as nice or spacious, and they only had a mini fridge as opposed to a full sized one. The cafeteria looked and smelled like a 'cafeteria', whereas the other community had a restaurant-bistro like setup. It just boiled down to the small details; Tribute had a handrail going down the hallways and stairwell, and the other community had shelving. When you're at the other community, it felt more like a Hilton than a senior living community. Tribute was also 2x the cost of the community we chose, but had a lower quality of aesthetics. Tribute is nice, but its just not [community named removed].

A Place for Mom has scored Tribute at The Glen by Cogir 9.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
