Very caring and passionate staff. It has been changes in the last few months. But it has been for the best. The Wellness Director is very caring. I get a call from her almost almost every week on updates on my mom . I can tell [name removed] really cares and the Staff does too. I even see her on weekends working and exercising with them. The place is very clean. Glad for the changes. .

There was someone who was running the company who's communication is not on one on one. Things have now improved after having a few conversations. I have been invited personally to many things however, I have not had the change to get to things due to me still unpacking. They also do not have meals and dinning it is strictly independent living. My opinion is different from everyone else but I would advise to tour and judge on your own you have to see it for yourself.

This is a nice community and has a good value for the money. The variety of meals and food available is something that could be improved for the residents. Dinner is served at 4:30 which seems very early for some residents. The dining hours could be extended as well to accommodate some of the residents in the community. Some of the activities available include: field trips to stores, bingo, exercise classes, holiday celebrations, and more for the residents to participate in.

We received great service for the time that my dad was there. They would call in a timely manner when he needed outside care. They worked hard to accommodate us as we transitioned him from another facility.

Weatherford, Texas

Independent Living

If you or your loved one would like the convenience of having your chores taken care of while living life the way you wish, you might want to consider independent living. Daily needs such as the scheduling of social activities and housekeeping are accounted for, allowing residents more opportunities to live their lives as they see fit. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to live among peers, surrounded by others of similar ages and backgrounds. Typically consisting of a private living space and a full kitchen, these communities offer residences with many of the amenities of apartment life but without the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and more time can be spent with them with the basic maintenance of daily chores out of the way. While policies vary between communities, many residences allow cats and dogs as well. Nursing and health care services can always be arranged for with private care providers as desired. There are a variety of expenses and benefits to consider when determining an independent living community. It is important to determine if these amenities are included in the plan: cable TV, initial assessment fee, private phone, internet access, housekeeping, wellness program, laundry, and meals. The amenities that pertain to independent living include community activities, beauty salon & barber shop, restaurant-style dining hall, concierge services, healthcare center, game/TV room, private rental hall, and transportation.
