Very friendly staff. Memory care area a bit isolated but rooms nice and large. Food in memory care was not that great and served on paper plates and didn't seem very nutritious. Director was very nice and easy to work with.
We were very fond of Stoney Brook right away, even though our loved one was not there for very long we were very impressed. They are a small enough community to where the residents will get more one on one care. Overall our loved one was pleased with the meals and dining, and we were pleased with the value for cost. Brookdale Palestine is the BEST. They treat the patients like family. I have been at peace knowing they will take care of my sister. The staff are wonderful with the patients. I have had my sister in several facilities. AND HANDS DOWN BROOKDALE PALESTINE IS THE BEST. The food is awesome. They accommodate the patients with what they like to eat. You couldn’t ask for a better caregiver’s.A wonderful place that doesn’t have a lot of turnover.
