The room sizes are just fine, they have both individual and shared rooms in memory care. If you have a question or concern they are very efficient. They are great at getting back to you immediately and you do not have to wait days to get an answer. I have been here many times during dinner and the food looks amazing, it was a lot better than I expected. The rooms are private and the they are a good size, the bathrooms are large as well and wheelchair accessible. I would most definitely recommend to others looking, they have a great memory care program.

The staff, down to the director, to caring staff is excellent. They take very good care of my loved ones. They treat, the residents with respect. Overall, it is always a postive atomsphere/environment.

Great place to live with the very best dining! Chef is very creative with meals and continually serves delicious meals. Also provides a menu of many options in addition to the two daily entree choices at both lunch and dinner. Serving staff and kitchen staff are the best ever. They are personable, friendly, and efficient. Everyone in the dining service goes above and beyond.

Mom is kind of a picky eater so she is not too keen on the dining options available. She has had some maintenance issues that have taken a little bit to resolve but they have continually worked with her to get resolved. The only thing that has been an issue is that mom is nearly blind and it is hard for her to read the menus or calendar for the activities. Staff are fantastic. Mom is very happy here but coming from living in a home for 27 years to apartment live has been a huge change for her and she's only been there a little over [dates removed]. Still transitioning

We had a great tour experience with The Delaney and really liked the facility, but we could not give it much thought because they told us there were no openings at the time we were needing to place my loved one.
We had a good virtual tour at The Delaney. It looked pretty nice. We actually liked the aesthetics and appearance better than the place we chose. We just couldn’t work things out dollar-wise at The Delaney.
Our family had an in person tour and it was so nice we wanting to get on the waiting list immediately, it was out top choice. However, we were working with a hospice nurse who said that The Delaney is a good community but because it is so large your loved one may get over looked. We also felt like they were not geared towards those who needed quite a bit of assistance.
During the time our loved one was there we thought they did a great job. The community is very nice and very well kept and clean. The care was great and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately we were not able to eat the meals ourselves, but they have a chef and the meals looked really nice.
