It's expensivve but worth it. It is a very nice community and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it has been a goed experience.
I think they do an exceptional job of taking care of my dad. We haven't had any issues with poor cleanliness. They did a good job with protecting the residents from the Covid-19 pandemic and they have exceeded our expectations. They offer activities like bingo and devotional services. The staff is very friendly and helps my dad when he needs it. They put together virtual conference calls while they have been on lock down so the family can see my dad. Definitely a good value. We researched several different communities before we chose Lakeview and we would definitely recommend! The only issue is that the home is in the country and it is a little far, however we still like the community and would choose it again. The director is also an awesome person. We are all happy with Lakeview.
After my father died 16 years ago, we looked at various Senior Living option in the area. We decided to choose Park Vista. We choose Park Vista because of Location, Safety, Activities and its Overall Communal Feel. I am convinced that my mothers quality of life has improved living at Park Vista. She is a VERY social animal and always tells me she has 2 families, her nuclear family and her Park Vista family. I believe her Park Vista experience prolonged her life! I would have given PV a 5 star review but for the Parking Issues that they’ve had for the past year.

An Independent Living Community provides residents the ability to continue to live active lives while ensuring their basic needs are being fulfilled. Seniors can live their lives as they desire while their meals are cooked by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and recreational activities are scheduled and organized. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar age groups and interests. Within the individual units, residents have access to a private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a partner if they choose. While policies vary between locations, a number of residences allow pets as well. Nursing and health care services can always be arranged for with private care providers as desired.
