The staff at Walden Place are very helpful and cooperative, especially considering that they are short-staffed. They are doing the very best they can. And the staff who are there are great. The facility has been very nice. It's very comfortable, and they decorate nicely for every little holiday that comes along. I think they're doing an amazing job considering they have so little to work with. And I would highly recommend them to others in need of care.
Looking back, we wish we would have moved here years ago. Appleridge has been so good to us and we couldn't be happier living here. Appleridge is truly the best place for seniors to live!
I would give a 5 to all of these categories. They were able to provide some furniture he didn't have. They were able to add additional care as his health worsened. They tried to provide fun events. Yes, I would recommend them to others

For many seniors, cost of owning a home and the maintenance of daily tasks and chores might deter them from an independent life. Independent Living Communities offer a good solution. Frequent needs such as housekeeping and meal planning are accounted for, which permits seniors more free time to live active lives as they wish. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to be among peers, in a community with others of similar age groups and backgrounds. Residents’ quarters consist of private living spaces, each with their own kitchen. The independence of apartment life is still enjoyed, offering opportunities to entertain guests and visitors in a private and personal setting. While policies differ between locations, numerous residences allow pets as well. Nursing and health care services can always be arranged for with independent care providers as desired.
