All employees are friendly and polite, respond promptly to requests. Environments are kept spic and span. Meals are well balanced and delicious. I feel very lucky to be able to be here.
We chose Manor Hills because of the close proximity to our home as well as the value for the money. Sometimes it has been hard to get a hold of the administrative staff. Overall its been a good experience and I would recommend them.
They do a great job. The staff knows everyone, and they take time to check on others. They seem to have to knowledge of the needs of the residents. It's very clean. They communicate very well. They make sure that the hygeine is well kept. The food is excellent. They have different types of exercises, music, arts/crafts and games. The value for the money is really good.
