The only helpful thing would be using Touchpoint to create the shopping list when supplies run out. I often get multiple calls a day when they run out of soap supplies. Really minor because of such great care and medical coordination. Very happy with the transparency and visibility, the family app with activity participation levels and photos is great as well.

Her health and personal needs are provided for by a caring and kind staff and she can participate in a variety of activities that interest her and the other residents. The facility has a cozy home-like atmosphere. My mother is seen regularly by her doctor's office and other services are available if needed (therapy, dental, vision, hearing, dermatology, etc.) Families are always welcome and included in frequently scheduled social events that have resumed since the end of the Covid restrictions. I truly believe my mother would not have reached her current age or had a good quality of life if she had stayed at home, even with home care, and our family has been relieved of worry. I recommend being involved in your loved one's experience at Sunrise.
