Talamore Woodbury
5.0

The staff at Talamore are very nice, helpful, friendly and approachable. They go out of their way for us to have a pleasant experience. My loved one has 19 meals included in her rent and she has liked everything she has tried, especially the build your own omelet and the fish. The building is very clean and my mom enjoys going down for coffee every morning. Move in process went smoothly and the maintenance manager was very accommodating to our needs. Making friends is easy in the communal areas and during the many activities that are provided. We would definitely recommend The Talamore Woodbury for all of the above reasons!

Parkshore Senior Campus in Saint Louis Park, MN
4.9

Being out of state we do not get to visit that much, however when we do speak with our loved one she does seem to enjoy the meals and dining service. We do think the overall value for the money is good and based on our experience so far we would recommend the Parkshore Senior Campus to other families.

Bel Rae Senior Living in Mounds View, MN

We chose Bel Rae Senior Living because of the newness of the building, the friendly and helpful staff members, and the overall accommodations as well. He has a 1 bedroom apartment and it is a little on the smaller side if your have more furniture. The food is ok and they keep striving to improve it. Overall, I would recommend to others who are looking.

Independent Living

For those who desire to live primarily without assistance but would like the benefit of having their household chores maintained by professionalls, an Independent Living Community might be the perfect choice. Frequent needs such as meal planning and housekeeping are taken care of, which permits seniors more opportunities to live active lives as they desire. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to be among peers, surrounded by others of similar ages and interests. It is important to figure out if these amenities are covered in the service plan: wellness program, parking, housekeeping, initial assessment fee, Waiting list deposit, utilities, internet access, and field trips. The amenities associated with independent living include fitness center & swimming pool, beauty salon & barber shop, security guards, healthcare center, community activities, private rental hall, restaurant-style dining hall, and laundry service.
