It's a good environment for our age group and the amenities and activities are sufficient enough to keep us engaged and comfortable. We picked this community, because of the location and cost.
Our experience with this community was good, overall it is kept pretty clean. The care services are pretty reliable, the activities were however a little bit weaker. The food at this community was very good, and we really liked the responsiveness of the staff and the availability the memory care unit had
The Compass neighborhood at Cornerstone of Canton has been a blessing for my mom and my family. She was very reluctant to leave her home, but she finally did and has found a whole new life at Cornerstone and absolutely loves it there. Can't say enough about how wonderful it is, the activities, the meals, the special events are great. The residents really love them and I love seeing my mom so engaged in all the activities. The staff is wonderful to say the least, friendly, helpful and loved by my mom which is very important to me and my siblings. Shout out to [name removed]! An Independent Living Community allows residents the ability to continue to live an active lifestyle while making sure their care requirements are being met. Daily needs such as meal planning and housekeeping are taken care of, allowing seniors more opportunities to live life as they wish. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and backgrounds. Within the individual units, residents have access to a private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a partner if they choose. While policies vary between communities, many residences allow cats and dogs as well. If residents decide they would like to utilize the services of private health care providers, they always have the option.
