Nestled in a forested suburban area of Massachusetts, Benchmark at Hanover focuses on building personal relationships with each resident. Facility staff are very nice and helpful, rooms are beautiful, nice location. Only going off of feedback from my relative, but could possibly have more variety on the food menu and then my personal belief could be more nutritious as links to food and Alzheimer's.

The front line care workers are wonderful: Caring and very hard working.The management and professional staff are very responsive to any concerns. EVERYONE knows the residents' names within days. They make the residents feel safe, welcome and special.

The staff from top to throughout is warm and caring. Not sure if they are yet fully staffed. Good amount of activities for the Memory Care side. Perhaps the meals on Memory Care could use a little attention. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My loved one likes the food. We picked this community because of the high level of care that they provide, and receiving better care than the nursing home. It is a high end assisted living community. It was less expensive and affordable. It has been a great transition. They have been very accomodating, and communicative. I would recommend to other families.
