Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community in Boston, MA
4.0

My Mom is a resident at Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community and everything has been good for her at this facility so far. The staff is very friendly and diverse and helpful if there is an issue. The housekeeping is consistently good and unobtrusive. The facility was extremely helpful in the moving process, contacting the previous facility and facilitating arrangements wherever possible. They were also very helpful in preparing the necessary paperwork required in an interstate move. I would recommend Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community to others.

Brigham House in Watertown, MA
4.0

My mom has recently made the move into this community and she is getting better day by day in her new living environment. I am overall comfortable with the care she has been receiving and the staff are always attentive to her needs. I am pleased to see them doing there best to try and keep her happy and involved in different activities and events. I will say there meals need improvement. I have noticed everything seemed to be over cooked and the quality in how they cook is poor.
