In all areas.. I feel very positive. My dad really likes living there! I would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
bingo, movie nights, seem to like it. Right now they have a special where the price is locked no matter what is needed and we got that promotion. I have refereed two of my clients that needed some help with their parents. Feels homey!
Very nice people and clean, upbeat place. Slow getting going with administrative tasks. I'm happy mom is here. She will do well and seems happy. A few surprises; Didn't realize medicare supplement insurance is only regional and only changed at months end. This lapse caused some expensive drug outlays. Broadmoor did not get the docs drug list right at one point and we had to correct. (no harm done though) . Over all I believe it will be a great place. this year will tell the story.

Many seniors may be capable of living without assistance, but cost of owning a home and the maintenance of the property might deter them from living an independent life. Independent Living Communities provide a good alternative. Meals, leisure activities and housekeeping duties are handled for you while you are unrestricted to use your time as you choose. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to be among peers, surrounded by others of similar age groups and interests. Residents’ quarters consist of private living spaces, each with their own kitchen. The independence of apartment life is still enjoyed, offering an opportunity to socialize with guests and visitors in a private and personal setting.
