Melody Assisted Living is so nice I was skeptical at first moving here bet once here staff wait staff nurses care people cant say enough how nice people are. No complaints satisfied.

The staff are always welcoming and willing to support the residents and families. They have a private dining room for families to enjoy a delicious meal with the residents. There are many events and outings. Residents can schedule free rides for Dr. appointments, hair appointments, dentist appointments. The food is chef prepared and many variations. Many items to choose from different menus. Housekeeping once a week. It's clean and very inviting with modern colors and nice pictures. Everyone we've meet seem happy and enjoy each others company.

Staff is great! Food really is the only problem. They lost their chef and it went downhill. They need to hire an excellent chef like they had.

Melody was a great place to live and make friends when I first moved here. The entire staff made us feel like we were family, and we thought of them the same way. Suddenly, one person was fired without notice. We were shocked. Then, our activities person resigned stating she did not want to be “shown the door”, too. I check this website often. I see the reviews, as few as they were until a few days I looked and saw the many comments about how great Melody is. To me, it’s not great anymore. The caring we felt is virtually absent, I feel. We were told both positions would be filled as soon as possible, but no one has been hired. We have no activity coordinator. Residents are filling in with projects. The reviews were all written on the same day, [removed]. That seems very strange. I asked the folks named in the review and none of them wrote a review on this site. The activities have been greatly exaggerated as well. The chef and crew are awesome! Concierge is great!

I live in Florida and my daughter lives in CO I agree to move closer to her, my son in law works in this community and I only hear great thinks, when I came for a tour I stay in the guest suite to experience the community and was a really nice touch, I love the activities program, my room is great, the food and the happy hour !!!!

We live in canyon city, thought it was time to sell the house and move to a IL community, we like the brightness of the place, residents and staff are super friendly, food is outstanding. They have so many activities for us to participate.

My son called me while I lived in Minnesota and wanted me to move to Colorado, my son found the community The staff is very nice. I want to recognize the concierge desk and the kitchen. The people here are wonderful. I have made so many new friends.

Pretty place, clean and really bright anywhere you are in the community. The staff are remarkable and very friendly, It is a very nice place to be, I want to recognize all the staff, and I appreciate that they are available 24/7. We are very happy here.

My daughter and son-in-law looked it up. I wanted to live in my place. I appreciate the staff. The residents are good and kind. The food is very good. The cooks are good. I can't find anything wrong with this place.

I was looking for my aunt who live all her life in New York and it was time to bring her close to us and have a closer look on her age. I appreciate everything. The staff is excellent. She loves the chef and the dining room. She has physical therapy and occupational therapy coming in to work with her, which is very helpful.

The staff has been incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. They have all been great. The activities program, the dinning room services, front desk is the best. they have transportation, just a nice and fun place to be.

I heard from a friend named, that I would have my own washer and dryer. I came here with my daughter and signed on the dotted line. The washer, dryer, and full kitchen meant everything. They are bigger and cheaper than my old place.

My daughter is a relator, The location was the best. It was the overall appearance of the plans and the layout of the apartments. We find that the staff is more than willing to help. Those who live here are cordial, warm, and welcoming I want to recognize our dining room services and the activities program gives us more than we need.

My son was visiting, did some research, and recommended this place. He said there was no other place as modern and convenient for our needs. The camaraderie, the love for each other, and the staff recognize we are all brothers and sisters. They really assist us in a long life, I do not want to leave anyone out.

My daughter move to CO and want it me closer to her, I was in Florida, she look a couple places and Melody Living was my favorite, we did a facetime tour and I fall in love. Activities program is great, I found great new friends, love the food and really enjoy staff they are just great!!!!

The community I was it got sold and we all have to move out in a 30 day, someone drop some flyers from this community and I call my daughter there was a total of 12 residents that became residents at melody living, brand new, great food, activities and it feel like home.

My daughter lives in Denver and was looking for a nice place in the area CO - DEN, she found Melody living brand new, staff and management are great. I have found so many lovely new friends, I enjoy the dinning room and Bingo.

All 5 stars! Best food ever! Chef on site! All is freshly prepared. Wonderful residents and staff. Many activities that get everyone involved. Many outings. Apartment sizes are much better than the others we toured. And they are new! She loved the size and the layout. I would 100% recommend Melody Living of Colorado Springs to those looking for independent living, it is a great place!

I would rate 5 for all questions. My sister likes living there. The facility is only a year old. It is very bright and inviting. Meals are delicious and the chef is very personable. An off-campus outing is planned weekly in addition to weekly shopping. Residents are friendly. I would absolutely recommend Melody Living of Colorado Springs to others looking for retirement living.

It was clean, cheerful, didn't smell like urine, and the amenities are top notch. It's a new facility and has everything my mom could want. The staff is beyond kind and helpful, and health/safety is paramount.
