I feel like my step mom is safe here. The quality of food is a bit low, but that is due to the limited budget they're working with in my opinion. Overall- safe place, where I don't worry that mom has help when needed, affordable for what she gets, and the staff is usually looking out for the residents best interest.
We moved my mother to the memory care wing here on July 10th. I have been exceptionally happy with every aspect of the facility and staff. The food is very good and nutritious with fresh vegetables and fruit regularly. The staff are compassionate and kind and treat the residents like family. I would encourage people to check this facility out before selecting one.
I only visit one to two times a week and my person has had numerous strokes. She is not able to eat "normal" meals and has had some serious physical disabilities. However I will say that she calls Prestige Assisted Living "home" and does seem really happy there. I have already recommend the Prestige Assisted Living community to other families and will continue to do so.
