Prestige Assisted Living at Manteca

The community is beautiful, my experience has always been very positive due to the great care, compassion and kindness my friend get from staff. they are always ready to help and listen. While I don't have family staying here I do see friends. I've made over the years who reside here and tell me how great this place is. I feel confident that if my parents or loved ones needed a place to stay, and be safe this would be if as they have earn both my trust and respect... The name has changed but the commitment to their residents has always been the same. Thank you for the service you provided to my friends and all your residents.

Such a nice place of comfort and up to standards facility, even passing some standards it was overall very great! I would recommend this place to others with confidence. The activities they have here are the best!

This living facility is amazing, all the staff is so friendly! They make it literally feel like home. Michelle gave us a tour of the whole building, she is so friendly and welcoming! Amazing place and amazing people!

Almost all of the staff really care about their job and want our experience to be the best possible. Thus when a particular service is overwhelmed, other staff members or management jump in to help.

I only visit one to two times a week and my person has had numerous strokes. She is not able to eat "normal" meals and has had some serious physical disabilities. However I will say that she calls Prestige Assisted Living "home" and does seem really happy there. I have already recommend the Prestige Assisted Living community to other families and will continue to do so.

They were really great. My loved one was very happy, and loved it there. It was like a resort, and had a great atmosphere. Everyone would ask how you were doing, and were very nice. They were super short staffed so, I helped with loved ones laundry and weekly showers. The staff was wonderful, and I no issues. My loved one, loved the food, and had a good appetit. I would say, compared to other places, it was good value for the money. Overall, they were so good about everything.

I've been happy with everything they've been doing. I loved the food that I tried. My loved one goes back and forth on it, but they say our taste buds change as we age. I think it' s a great value. She's paying only a tiny bit more than she was at a skilled nursing facility. And here she has her own apartment, and they do everything for her. I wouldn't mind moving in! The rent alone Includes utilities, 3 meals a day, housekeeping, laundry, and medication assistance, which is really good. And then additional care is separate. But I'm happy with everything here. And now that the world is opening up more, they're doing field trips/outings for the residents several times a week.

The facility looks nice. Rooms weren’t as nice as other places we have seen. Their schedule is a little more rigid than what mom needs. And they don’t transport to church.

We chose Prestige Assisted Living at Manteca because we thought it was the nicest place for the value, the amenities that they have, and this had a decent memory care unit based on others we looked at, which is what she is in now, They have plenty of activities and are actually getting her to participate. She is in a private room and it is good size for her. The only negative is that sometimes they are not very good about calling back, so I would tell others to be persistent. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

Thank for helping us find an exultant facility. My Mother enjoys the caregivers attention that she receives at Prestige in Manteca Ca. The entire staff there works hard to guarantee that everyone is safe and happy. Thank you again.. .

Due to a decline in his health we had to find a good place for Dad in a hurry. Prestige impressed me favorably the minute we walked in. Beautifully decorated and extremely well maintained. Even better, is the terrific level of care my dad receives. Everybody is very kind, respectful and interested in helping him in any way he needs. Moving dad into Prestige was the absolute right thing to do.

Very nice community. Clean, friendly, good meal planning and well kept facility and surrounding grounds. Caregivers and med techs are exceptional. Communication with staff on the upper level is hit and miss with untimely response to family concerns. My sister and I toured many different communities and Prestige Care, by far gave a very lasting impression and was a great find for us. Overall I give them a 5 star rating.

The staff here is very nice. They made the adjustment of moving here much easier than it could have been. The are attentive and accommodating. The facility itself is nice and has a welcoming feel when you walk in.

They get the transportation mixed up sometimes but, its a great place. Both my mom and dad are here, and I love it because they love it.

We were charged with caring for my husband's 90 year old grandfather this past summer and we're way over our heads. When I was put in contact with Prestige at Manteca I was surprised how friendly and understanding the staff is. We toured the facility with our senior and he loved everything about Prestige! Our loved one went from giving up on life, to having hope once again. Once we moved my grandfather-in-law into his new apartment he and we took a much needed breath if fresh air. We no longer have the pressure to care for someone in need of care and people who are loving towards him. We appreciate all the staff! We get notified of falls and always know he is in good hands. If you are looking for a place to care for your loved one, consider Prestige Senior Living at Manteca.

The first impression was not good. We walked in and the receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. The tour of the assisting living area was nice but when we asked to see the memory care area our contact hesitant. The area did not smell or look clean. There were repairs that were needed to be made to the facility and both my wife and I stated this is not where I would want to live!

They went way out of their way to see my mother and feel that she was going to be a good fit for the community and I really appreciated that. They made it easy and the staff themselves have been really sweet overall.

My impression was that my loved one was going to be there through July, but then her leg got infected and they were unable to keep caring for her, so we had to take her out and so she was only there about 20 days.

We placed my father at Prestige Senior Living in Manteca for many reasons. We looked at many facilities in Folsom, the Bay Area and in Manteca and Prestige was by far the best choice for many reasons. The value was much better at Prestige and my fathers only other choice was a skilled care facility. With the base rate for a 1 bedroom apartment and his level of care his cost is still less than in home care was costing him. Estee Nowak was a dream to work with. All of the caregivers are wonderful and very friendly. The dining room is also very accommodating and my dad is eating better than he was at home. I would highly recommend Presige Senior Living to anyone who needs a safe place for their loved one.

This place has been a revelation. My mother's health has improved greatly. Life was getting very difficult living on her own and her eating habits were horrible. Now she eats 3 meals a day even if it is just a little. I no longer have fears of her eating something contaminated from the fridge leftovers. It was a difficult adjustment period as anyone who moves at age 92 into totally new surroundings and schedules but she and her sister both have said we should have done this years ago. It is a great comfort to know that she is safe and has as much personal freedom as she needs. She does not engage in social activities very often but it is her choice and that is important.
