They have lots of activities like bingo, walks and family days for the residents to bring family in. Fridays they have someone also come in for entertainment and my loved one really likes this. Overall they do the best they can with the group they have. I am very please with the care that my loved one is getting as well as the place itself.

They didn't seem to have a protocol in place to receive a new resident. So far the staff has been outstanding with interactions, extremely helpful in assistance and upbeat and very pleasant with residents.

I couldn't be happier about having my loved one here. I feel confident with the staff in taking care of my loved one. The apartment has a full washer and dryer and kitchen in it. Some of the activities available include bus rides, outings, and more for the residents to participate in. All meals are included and then there is a menu for the residents to choose from to eat.

Learn More About Independent Living in Manteca, CA

Manteca earns the nickname “The Family City” with its convenient location in California’s Central Valley — you can relax quietly at home away from big urban centers, but you’re only about an hour away from the Bay Area to the west or the mountains to the east. Once an Old West railroad town, Manteca developed steadily into an attractive suburban community for residents of any age.

Independent living communities — also known simply as retirement communities — in Manteca are geared towards seniors who are able to live on their own, without daily assistance, and prefer to live among people their age. This usually means residents are self-sufficient and do not require hands-on care. Think of Manteca retirement communities as age-restricted (typically 55+) complexes, which provide organized activities, meal services, and transportation.
