The Pointe at Summit Hills is the perfect fit for my Mom. I was very impressed with every staff member I met during my 2 visits prior to deciding to place my Mom here. From the front desk staff, to the servers, and even the groundskeeper and maintenance guy… they ALL knew the residents names and something about each one of them, and the residents in return knew the staff personally.
